My Story

Growing up in Santa Clara and San José, Bryan has always had a love for politics and architecture which often translate into him wanting to live in a big city or vibrant downtown. Currently, Bryan is a student at Santa Clara University who is studying Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations. Although he enjoys a good read on international or federal affairs, Bryan cherishes the world of local politics and feels that local politics is the way for the people can create change for themselves. That is why Bryan is motivated to work for Councilmember Torres who has pledge to be the people’s voice and to bring communities together.

To Bryan, Downtown San José is the people’s project and is excited to work under a motivated and determined leader like Councilmember Torres who wants to rebuild and uplift the Downtown. Like Councilmember Torres, Bryan believes that Downtown should attract and bring people from all over to enjoy the Heart of Silicon Valley!

In addition to having a passion for history and politics and working for the Councilmember, Bryan’s favorite president is Dwight D. Eisenhower and loves to watch historical documentaries or war films. His favorite movie or cinematic film would be Band of Brothers and in his free time Bryan likes to read, play video games, or hit the gym with some friends.
